Fascination
Growing up I loved going to the theater to watch films with my family. As I got older I noticed my fascination within film, particularly with cinematography
and how it affected my emotions.
Cinematography is based off angles and ratios. Ratios within a shot create a sense of balance similar to the Fibonacci sequence. Films shot in unnatural angles display different perspectives of how an object can be seen or felt.
This poster series is a study of still shots broken down by ratios, drawn from different angles much like the process of design drawing.
